At work (Osborn) a colleague and I are designing an entry for the Armenian Genocide Memorial Competition and in the course of doing research into Armenian Culture I came across some really great websites. Worth checking out both from content and presentation angles – plus there is a lot interesting about Armenia I am certain you didn’t know already.
Armenian Highland – the site is not all up yet, but check out the Encyclopedia section.
For some Art In Ruins style archeological documentation, check out this site on the lost city of Ani. Once the capital of Armenia, it is now marooned just over the border in Turkey and fallen into ruin. Virtual Ani.
If anyone hasn’t heard of it yet, check out UrbanPlanet. A great architecture/development discussion forum with specific forums for different regions of the country. If I get too hooked, I won’t have time for AIR.
One more thing – My new video “Honeymoon in Havana” is now posted under the single channel videos menu on my portfolio. Check it out and let me know what you think.
By the way. . . March also gives us my birthday (on the 12th). I’ll give you a few days to prepare cards and gifts, or emails. 🙂
Michele has been featured as the March/April 2005 diva of the month on United Divas, a non-profit organization that “Empower[s] women to be artistic leaders, professionals, innovators, and role models for both aspiring and practicing artists.”

Happy March everyone. The month that gives us the death of Caesar and a good reason to drink. I’ll continue to add to the site and work out the bugs. Thanks for all your anecdotes, keep em coming.
